This is my blanket square, I have designed Sri Lankan flag, my country flag. I tried my best to make it obvious. The yellow colour border of the blanket represents the unity of the nation and its people, the green strip shows the Muslim people in Sri Lanka, the orange strip represents the Tamil people and there is lion, represent bravery, courage and Sinhalese heritage, in the middle of the maroon background, shows Sinhala people.

The purple areas show creativity and imagination, and the pink top layer adds a touch of warmth and care. I used symmetry to show how even different pieces can come together to create something beautiful when they are united. "To create my pattern, I thought about balance, color, and meaning. I wanted my design to be symmetrical so that both sides would match and feel organized. I started with a strong vertical line in the middle using blue and purple to symbolize strength and connection. Then, I added rows of colors like yellow, green, and pink to represent different emotions and ideas—yellow for happiness, green for growth, and pink for kindness. I arranged the colors in layers to show how different feelings and experiences build on each other. I also made sure the pattern felt calm and even, like a peaceful blanket that wraps around you.
